KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

These are worth every dime and then some. Truthfully, I'd pay 3X the cost... luckily we don't have to!

100% Cotton - Flour Sack Dish Towel

I go through kitchen towels like crazy. These are the best I've ever had! Over the years, I have gotten rid of everything else, and exclusively use flour sack towels in the kitchen.

Cotton Linen Japanese Cross Back Apron

There's something about putting on an apron & and grabbing a wooden spoon that makes you feel powerful. After months of watching someone wear this one on tiktok, I finally ordered myself one. A super simple linen Japanese-style apron that crosses in the back.

Scotch Brite Greener Clean Non-Scratch Sponge (18-Count will last you 9+ months)

I'm not a rinser, so I've tried many different brands and brushes. The Scotch Brite Greener Clean Scrubbers are unmatched by any other. They last forever, and you can put them into the dishwasher to refresh them. 18-Count will easily last you 9 months.

COTTAGE CORE

KITCHEN FAVORITES

I have a grandma core/cottage core kitchen. I never broke the bank to build it. But there are a few things that were worth the investment...

Heart Of The Home Cookbook

This is a cookbook, with hand drawn illustrations and commentary in between the recipes, all done by Susan Branch the author. The absolute care in which this book was written is tangible in the pages. The stories and memories passed down as carefully curated as the recipes inside. Her advice warms my heart and my kitchen.

Neutral (non-stinky) Compost Bin

I hated that grandma was always composting scraps (yuck), but that's because it used to always smell. I wish she was alive so I could buy her one of these! Had it for 3 years now and still looks / smells great!

Copper Measuring Cups and Spoons

I get so many compliments on these, and they're so inexpensive! They add a touch of copper to my stainless steel kitchen.

Classic Better Homes & Gardens Cookbook

One of the best cookbooks of all time, and an essential for any cottage kitchen!

Gingham Table Cloth

The one I got is red and white, but I LOVE sky blues and sages. Gingham is great in any color, so choose the one that matches your aesthetic best! Note: This one from amazon is less expensive than the one I thrifted recently, and has incredible reviews!

12-Pack Assorted Sizes of Plate Hangers

I recently hung a plate wall in my kitchen with high quality vintage plates I found in at the antique mall in port orchard, washington. These hangers got the job done!

Antique Copper (Stainless Steel) Hanging Pot and Pan Rack - Wall Mounted

I did a lot of comparing before biuing this one and I'm so happy with it. It's been hanging for over a year and does so much for my low-budget cottage core kitchen.

Reusable Cotton Mesh String Bags (for hanging produce)

I love displaying my produce, especially my citrus and purple onions. They just looks so pretty, hanging next to the pots and pans on my wall
